“Street trees” in the 2000 block of Massachusetts Avenue NW, in 2010 and 2020.

These are “street trees” planted and owned by “DDOT Urban Forestry Division. At left is a new city tree there in 2010. At right in 2020 the row has grown to form the allée.

Early care was by Restore Mass Ave Treekeepers. The Embassy of Indonesia (at 2020 Mass) followed up. In March 2011 the Embassy of Indonesia hosted our planting of trees on there and at nearby sites.
